Returns
Returns can be easily made via our return service. The cost for returns within Europe is €5.95.
For returns outside Europe, small return costs apply, depending on the destination country.

You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day of receipt.

Important conditions for returns:

• Product and packaging must be in original condition.

• Labels and protective films must still be attached.

• The watch must be unused and deactivated (the plastic stopper on the crown must be present).

• Returns must be complete and in the original packaging.

After receiving your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email. Processing may take up to 14 days.

Do you receive a damaged or defective product? Please contact us immediately. We will provide further instructions and, if necessary, arrange a replacement product or a refund.
