How long does it take before I receive my order?
We ship all orders via PostNL for fast delivery within Europe:
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: within 3 working days
France, Luxembourg, Austria: within 3-4 working days
Other countries in Europe: within 4-5 working days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! For suitcases, we offer free shipping within Europe. Shipping costs may apply for accessories; these will be shown at checkout.
Can I still change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change the address. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@ajmo.nl.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What is your return policy?

What should I do if my suitcase arrives damaged?
Send an email to info@ajmo.nl with photos of the damage and your order number. We will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
